You may cancel your monthly mylkit subscription at any time through the mylkit app or website. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current prepaid billing cycle with zero cancellation charges.
If you require an immediate mid-cycle termination and refund of your remaining wallet balance, a nominal cancellation processing fee of Rs. 100 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is higher) will be deducted to cover payment gateway and administrative costs.
You can pause your daily delivery via the app up to 8:00 PM the night before the scheduled delivery. Deliveries paused within this timeline will be fully credited to your account and automatically extended to your next billing cycle. Requests made after 8:00 PM will not be accepted for the next morning, and that delivery will be charged normally.
Quality is our priority. If your milk is missing, damaged, or spoiled upon delivery, please report it via the app before 10:00 AM on the day of delivery.
Replacement Policy: Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement bottle to be delivered the very next morning along with your standard schedule. If you do not wish for a replacement, we will issue a full refund for that day's delivery back to your mylkit wallet.
If you decide to close your mylkit account entirely, any unused, prepaid wallet balance (minus applicable cancellation charges if mid-cycle) can be refunded to your original payment method. Promotional credits and signup bonuses are strictly non-refundable and hold no cash value.
Approved refunds to your mylkit wallet reflect instantly. Refunds processed back to your original bank account or credit card take 5 to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
